A discover scuba dive is typically a beginner-friendly experience where individuals can try scuba diving under the supervision of a certified instructor. Participants will receive a brief orientation on the equipment and basic diving skills before entering the water.
Expect to feel weightless and experience the beauty of underwater marine life while exploring the depths in a safe and controlled environment. It's a great way to get a taste of scuba diving without committing to a full certification course.
To sign up for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.
Discover Scuba classes are designed to be completed in a pool setting, but can be arranged to be held in the local Quarry. If class is held at quarry, there is an additional $25 per person/per day entrance fee.
